Join the Procession as an Official Photographer
Please provide the following information if you’re interested in being an official photographer for Rudragarjana Vadyapathak during the final day of the Ganpati procession on Laxmi Road.
Terms & Conditions for Photographers / Pass Holders
Limited PassesPasses are limited and will be issued only to selected individuals. Rudragarjana reserves the right to reject any application, and such decisions will be final.
Submission of DataSubmit all raw files and edited photographs/videos to Rudragarjana within 7 days of the event. Rudragarjana will hold joint usage rights; you retain authorship and creator rights. Whenever your content is posted, we will credit your name or Instagram handle. Rudragarjana may use the submitted content across its social and digital platforms with appropriate creator credit.
Event CoverageCapture all key moments and remain with the Rudragarjana group from the start until completion of the procession. Leaving the group before the procession ends is not permitted. After Rudragarjana’s procession is complete, photographers may take other photographs.
Photography RestrictionsDo not focus only on personal/friend photographs. Official photographers are expected to cover the group, formations, performances, key moments and the maximum possible individual faces within the team.
Positioning During ProcessionDo not disturb Vadak or break formation. Prior management permission is required to enter the formation for a shot. After capturing it, immediately clear the middle space and move aside.
Social Media CollaborationReels/posts shared on Instagram or other social platforms must tag Rudragarjana’s official account and use collaboration where applicable.
Rules & DisciplineFollow all rules, regulations and discipline laid down by Rudragarjana.
InstructionsComply with directions from the Rudragarjana management team and the Mandal throughout the procession.
Code of ConductMisbehavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the pass and removal from the event.
Dress CodeOfficial photographers must wear a white kurta so they visually remain part of the group.
